A reliable emergency electrical service that is available at all times and responds immediately. They carry out call-outs quickly, professionally, and with a focus on finding solutions. For us as a property management company, they are a very dependable partner.

We accidentally hammered a nail into the electrical wiring in our apartment. Mr. Stelzl arrived within an hour and repaired the damage very quickly. I especially appreciated how meticulously everything was documented via WhatsApp. It wasn't exactly cheap, but I still felt the price was fair for the service provided.

Although we were without power on Friday evening and thus in a kind of emergency situation, Mr. Stelzl was: => There quickly => Communicated transparently in advance where he was (mileage / travel costs) => Prepared himself for any materials needed by taking a photo of the fuse box (...no "I have to get materials" with the associated costs...) => He quickly found the problem (water in the electrical box, in the circuit breakers!) => Had the appropriate circuit breakers with him => Replaced approximately 14 water-damaged circuit breakers and a residual current device => Was even able to give an initial indication of where the water was likely coming from. => The work was completed at a tremendous pace. This means he really tried to keep his hours/time to a minimum. => And then he transparently quoted really fair prices for materials, hourly wages, and travel expenses! => Immediate payment via debit card is perfectly acceptable! CONCLUSION: Mr. Stelzel helped us Not "ripped off," was fair, very friendly, and arrived in the best possible time! Highly recommended!!! And thank you: the house has power again, and it was Friday evening!

A power outage took out our heating during a cold spell in January. Mr. Stelzl came in - very professional, friendly, and helpful - on short notice and after hours to take care of the problem. Highly recommended!
