My washing machine broke and Öz from Elektro-Guz fixed it. He communicated well in both German and English. He could spot and solve the problem immediately. The whole process was fast. Very professional, highly recommended.

Excellent work by Öz at fair price . We have Bomann dishwasher which was throwing E2 error indicating water inlet problem. This error just wouldn't go away and the machine would not function. The wash cycle always got stuck with this error .To make it worse, water would not drain. We reached out to Electro-Güz and got an appointment with Öz for the same day. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and skilled. He took apart the entire machine in order to troubleshoot. I highly recommend Electro-Guz.

Called and got an appointment for the same day to fix our AEG dishwasher. Mr Öz was very efficient and repaired the issue on the spot. Really appreciate the help, and also the invoice was a pleasant surprise. Öz was awesome! He came and quickly fixed our problem so that we can have our washing machine again. The whole week we had been writing the washing machine company and nobody would help us. We called the repair service that Amica recommended and nobody helped us the entire week and we were getting so frustrated. Finally, I wrote this GUZ service because I saw that their ratings were really high and I am so glad that I did. Öz came and he was so helpful and quickly fixed our problem.
