We had to retrofit three electric window regulators – which involved cutting channels in the living room – always a tricky business! However, the work was carried out so perfectly, using drop cloths and other protective equipment, that literally not a speck of dust was left behind! Absolutely fantastic!
All credit to Pittroff, I highly recommend them. The power went out in an apartment in Allach. When? On Friday morning! The colleague on the phone assured me of prompt assistance. Which is exactly what happened; the problem was resolved by lunchtime. The cause: A faulty toaster had tripped the residual current device (RCD). The electrician who carried out the repairs even called me afterward to explain what had happened. This is what I call customer service in the trades. The entire process was professional and pleasant.
