This is an amazing company, with excellent customer service. I am a returning customer, and my problem was relatively small, however they went above and beyond to help, sending a parquet flooring specialist to my house to analyse the condition of the floor, and to advise me on which product to use. If you are looking to buy wooden floors, or products to enhance your parquet flooring, I highly recommend this company. I believe that they are one of the best in their field in Munich due to the quality of their products and the fantastic level of customer service that they offer.
