I had my initial consultation today and I'm thrilled! Even though I don't yet have a specific date and only a few initial ideas for my renovation project, Mr. Ustjanowski addressed many of my concerns during a detailed phone call and gave me a good sense of the required effort and associated costs. Once my project becomes more concrete, I know exactly who I want to work with to bring it to life! From the first phone call and scheduling to today's initial consultation – everything was very professional and competent!

The managing director of USTR visited our house in early December for a renovation project and promised a quote by December 15th. Despite inquiries by email and phone on December 15th, early January, and mid-January, we haven't received a single response. Mr. Ustjanowski made a video of our house, received our plans, and the structural engineer's calculations... We're frustrated with all the data we provided without ever receiving a single reply. It's disappointing, especially since we contacted USTR based on a recommendation. The only thing we received was a promotional email stating that USTR was looking for properties. Surprisingly, their email system was already working... ;)

We had an apartment renovated and are completely satisfied with the result. From the initial contact to the handover, everything was extremely professional, well-organized, and transparent. The entire construction progress was communicated regularly and clearly. The team was always available and contributed their own well-thought-out ideas in addition to our wishes.
