Fitness First

I’ve had a great experience at this Fitness First location. As an English-only speaker, I half expected things to be a bit awkward, but I’m greeted with smiles every time, which makes it easy to keep coming back. Pascal walked me through the membership process and made sure all my questions were answered, so everything felt clear and smooth from the start. Thali is awesome. She’s informative, solution-oriented, and really easy to talk to. And every now and then she’ll just start dancing a little, which somehow makes the whole place feel more relaxed and welcoming. It’s one of those small things that actually sticks with you. Even the staff I haven’t spoken with much have been great. Anytime I’ve made a mistake as a new member who doesn’t speak German, they’ve corrected me politely and made sure I understood without making it uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a friendly, positive environment that makes you feel comfortable right away.

First feeling when you come here - you never wanna leave 😍. Very comfy gym, with good quality new machines and beautiful atmosphere. Also they have separated sauna for women 👍 It's not a very big gym, but you will find everything you need. What really surprised me was the incredibly friendly reception — I’ve honestly never felt more welcomed in gym! I found this amazing gym while on work trip in Munich… the staff was super friendly and helpful, the gym has three floors and is extremely well equipped. The best part though; it had the highest concentration of hot men i have found in any city! Yayy Munich! 🙌🏼

I want to thank the amazing team at fitness first, especially pascal! They welcomed me for a workout on a rainy day here in Munich and the gym was amazing! Perfectly maintained equipment and high class experience. Even several hex/trap bars for my leg day 💪💪. Anytime I’m in Germany I will always look for fitness first as my top choice in gyms.

Very nice gym, situated on the fifth floor, with a nice view. Gym was clean and not crowded when I was there, Saturday at 7.30pm. Nice front desk person, an Asian guy, game me a key card to a locker downstairs. Free weights on the second floor and some machines and cardio equipment on the first floor. I was able to get a good workout while there. Make sure you bring a towel to wipe down and a different pair of shoes from the ones you're wearing. They really are trying to keep the gym nice and clean and it shows. They also provide water and some fruits (bananas and apples) free of charge.
