Terrible Service. One cleaner, price for 2. Did nothing basically. We had to clean everything again, ithercthan the toilets. Basically no quality control, no assurance.
He tried, at least. That's worth one star. Otherwise, he flicked his cigarette butt on the doorstep, immediately addressed me informally, pulled a clean sheet over the dirty one, I had to clean three rooms myself, and he didn't vacuum or mop a single corner, even after I pointed it out several times and his responses of "yes, I'll do it." He didn't have toilet cleaner or a decent vacuum cleaner with him, so I gave him my things. Oh dear. I'm dreading the next time... I unfortunately signed up for a subscription with two visits per month... I'm going to cancel it now. NOT recommended.
The cleaners didn't show up for their appointments. The hotline was also unreachable. After waiting two hours, someone finally called in the evening to apologize. Five cleaning jobs were missed in one week. I cannot recommend this service.
