Since I needed a heat pump, I contacted several suppliers in our region over the past few weeks. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly service provided by Ms. Ultsch, the highly professional advice from Mr. Hagel, and the transparent and straightforward offer. Unfortunately, I didn't proceed with the order because, while the offer was comprehensive, complete, and fair, it was significantly more expensive than that of a competitor. Therefore, I chose the competitor for purely economic reasons. Nevertheless, I wanted to leave a recommendation here, as I had an extremely positive overall impression of NuuEnergy.

There are two sides to Nuuenergy: The positive: The system was installed at the end of last year and is working perfectly so far. Initially, the system had too many starts, which was reconfigured. The upcoming maintenance will likely fine-tune things. The negative: Customer service is very poor. Emails go unanswered for weeks. Similarly, the AI ​​assistant only partially helps ensure that callbacks are made. This needs to change as soon as possible.

Overall, we are very satisfied. During installation, it turned out that the intended location in the garden wasn't suitable after all. However, the team immediately suggested an alternative and installed the outdoor unit in a better spot – without any delay. The system is working perfectly.

We received excellent support from the entire team from start to finish. Even the initial consultation with Mr. Fischinger was very informative. During the first visit, it became clear that Mr. Wagner also knew exactly what was best for our house. The quote was fair compared to other providers. During construction, there were a few unforeseen problems – the team addressed them very quickly and still finished on schedule. Since then, everything has been running smoothly.

Competent, professional, and incredibly dedicated. They worked late into the evening. And the customer service was excellent. Afterwards, I had a few questions about how to use it, and I could call anytime. I always received help. All the staff are very friendly! And everything works perfectly!
