I highly recommend Mr. Doronzo and his team. From the initial contact to the completion of the installation, everything was reliable, dependable, competent, and perfect. They were also very friendly and handled the challenging project brilliantly! We are happy and extremely satisfied!

Grazie. Review for the second job: The second experience with DK-Montage was disappointing. The man talked a lot and tried to work slowly because the cost is calculated based on hours worked. The entire job involved installing three Ikea Hemma lamps and another ceiling light, installing an Ikea Enhet mirrored cabinet, and sealing the kitchen joints. It took more than four hours. By 12:30 noon, he had finished all the work and loaded all his tools into his van. The only issue was billing. After writing 8:30 to 12:45 on the invoice, he then demanded that I record the time until 1 p.m. because the billing process had taken longer due to internet problems with his boss. This is outrageous, and unfortunately, the boss hasn't yet reimbursed me for the extra 15 minutes. He behaved unprofessionally; a lot of dust fell directly onto my bed while he was drilling (I hadn't put any protective covering on the bed). He even complained about the €5 tip. Based on this experience, I advise you to avoid using this installer.

I have used services of DK Montage twice in a year. First time about a year ago to fix remodel part of our kitchen to properly fit electrical connection of our new dishwasher which was incorrectly installed by fitting service from Mediamarkt, and another time just today (as I write this) to replace our oven in the kitchen. Both times service was done to the highest of the standards, and when it was possible DK technicians came even before the agreed time. Second time DK technician also took time to fix the oven's electrical connection which was initially incorrectly performed by another kitchen fitting service.

I contacted Doronzo to install my kitchen and I’m very pleased. His team did an amazing job! Theo and Heiko did the installation. A pleasant pair and they speak English. There were some technical terms I could not understand in German so Theo explained very well to my understanding. IKEA did not deliver my tap and I scheduled another appointment with Doronzo. He was very proactive and had Julian come install the tap the very next day. Julian was quick with his job and also did a good work. They were punctual and most important left the place clean. I am very satisfied. Good job DK Montage Team!
