Excellent shop. The staff are very friendly and professional. They tried copying my key several times before they succeeded. They also repaired my original key. They work very precisely and are very attentive. Germany should have more service and attention to detail like this shop. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Got locked out of my apartment! Turgay came super quick and opened my door. He was very friendly and reasonably priced. Gladly meet again in a hopefully different situation. The bill was never send though. :-P Many thanks! Update: He came by my apartment and show me that the bill had been sent, but probably got deleted or got into the Spam. So he sent it.
Knowledgeable guy who did a good job on a pair of hiking boots. Helpful tips for maintaining them. Fast end efficient service. Somewhat expensive, but consideri g the quality of the repair it felt ok.
