Notary Dr. Thomas Wachter

I switched to her agency because of a property purchase through my real estate agent. Very well organized, very friendly and open communication. Despite all the notary processes, which can be rather dry 😉, you really feel well advised here, and the office has a lively atmosphere. Premises: Lots of light and a beautiful, bright design.

I handled my property purchase through the notary's office of Dr. Greipl and was extremely satisfied. Professionally top-notch, but above all incredibly personable and approachable. I felt well taken care of at all times. Highly recommended!

Absolutely outstanding performance. Dr. Greipl and her team work precisely, efficiently, and with impressive expertise. The entire sales process was handled smoothly and quickly – exactly what one expects from professional notarial work. Unreservedly recommended.

We've always used a different notary before, but Dr. Greipl and Mr. Ferch came highly recommended. They provided outstanding support during the sale of my property. Everything went smoothly, was friendly, and they were very dedicated. I especially appreciated the excellent and friendly communication and the pleasant atmosphere – thank you for the great collaboration, and until next time!

Our request was handled exceptionally well by Dr. Greipl and her team. Our contact person, Mr. Ferch, was also always available and answered all of our questions – some of them complex – with expert knowledge, clarity, and practical advice. We will gladly turn to them again for our next project!
