Despite it being a Friday afternoon with beautiful weather, the staff were friendly and helpful, and responded quickly. And: a few days later, the pest control technician called to check if his work had been successful and if the wasps were no longer finding their way into our bedroom. Excellent!
I'm very satisfied. I also contacted other providers and can now make a comparison: The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, and they called me back quickly. They kept to their stated timeframe perfectly and carried out the work calmly and competently. I wouldn't have been able to get an appointment so quickly (the very next day) with any other company. The person I spoke to even offered me advice for a possible future situation. They worked very thoroughly. I highly recommend this company.
