I called in the evening and received a call back immediately. Extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
This is a top Munich company. Helpful, fast, and customer-focused. I needed advice regarding an ant infestation and received it immediately. Many thanks again!
I would gladly give more than 5 stars. I contacted the company via WhatsApp because we discovered an animal in the bedroom and didn't know what it was or whether we needed to do anything, especially since I also have a rash on my back. I received incredibly friendly and thorough advice. They took a great deal of time and reassured me. I can highly recommend this service and am very grateful for this pleasant interaction.
Professional, discreet, and fair prices. After some research and dealing with scam companies on the phone, I finally found a company that makes customers feel good. I received very friendly and clear advice right from the start. They even offer a free initial consultation; no immediate payment like with others before any work has even been done. On-site, I received further explanations and the work was carried out thoroughly. They are even available to answer follow-up questions. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
