I have only great things to say about Klempner Notdienst, specifically Karim and his service. We called with an emergency situation and were greeted with kind and immediate help. At 10:50 p.m., I discovered that my entire living room was flooded because water was leaking from the radiator valve. I called the first emergency service I found with good reviews, and it was well worth it! They were incredibly friendly, calm, and patient. They asked me what the problem was and what type of heating system I had, and then guided me over the phone on how to shut off the water supply. We didn't end the call until the water had completely stopped flowing. Excellent service and quick help—I would definitely call them again! Thanks again!
Of course, water was leaking from my bathroom door frame on Friday night. The Krepel emergency plumbing service was the only one I could reach, and their advice was excellent! They were able to clarify via WhatsApp that it wasn't something a plumber could fix and that I needed a leak detection specialist. They immediately gave me the name of a competent company that was able to help me the next day. I never thought such a service still existed in Germany, a country known for its poor customer service! That's how it should be – I called on a Saturday afternoon, and within just two hours, a very friendly and helpful technician arrived. He promptly and reliably solved the problem (broken float) in 15 minutes using an original spare part he had with him. The price was reasonable and fair. I definitely recommend it – thank you!
