We contacted Blaumann on Friday evening and immediately received a fair quote for replacing our shower faucet on Saturday – really fair prices, even though it was the weekend. Communication was excellent, via WhatsApp and phone; everything was well coordinated. On Saturday morning, the technician arrived well ahead of schedule, worked quickly, cleanly, and without any problems, and was very friendly. We are completely satisfied and would definitely recommend them!

Water appeared to be leaking from under the dishwasher. A very friendly technician arrived relatively quickly and, after a brief inspection, determined that it wasn't water and therefore no actual damage. Someone had apparently spilled something. They were very accommodating regarding the price. I'll keep this company in mind for the future. Thank you very much.
