This agency is very responsive at the beginning, especially when it comes to collecting the first month’s rent or the deposit. However, once they have received the payment, it becomes extremely difficult to get any support or have issues resolved unless they absolutely have to address them.<br><br>When I moved in I was asked to sign documents suggesting that everything was in good condition upon arrival, once I arrived to the apartment surprise lots of small things in the room that were worth photographing and it was full of ant nests and spider webs. One guy even cleaned the spider webs himself and the company came with ants traps that haven’t get ridden of this problem.<br><br>During July, due to the extreme heat, someone from the company visited the apartment and promised to provide fans. However, they never returned with them and never provided us with any further information.<br><br>The management also seemed highly disorganized. At one point, the person representing the company did not even know who was living in which room in the shared apartment (WG) and had to ask me for this information.<br><br>Overall, based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being cautious when dealing with this agency. The large number of positive reviews may give the impression that the company is trustworthy, but my personal experience was very different.

traumhafte große Wohnung, sehr moderne Einrichtung und alles sehr sauber. Hier fühlt man sich richtig wohl. Top Kommunikation und super netter Vermieter. Würde immer wieder kommen!
Ich habe bereits 3 Wohnungen über m Homes vermietet und bin rundum zufrieden ; das Team arbeitet äußerst professionell und bietet einen hervorragenden Service. Von der Vermietung über die Renovierung bis hin zum Asset Management . die Wohnungen sind in einem sehr guten Zustand ; die Kommunikation ist schnell und zuverlässig und bei Fragen wird sofort geholfen . Wer einen kompetenten Partner für Immobilien , möbliertes Wohnen oder Asset Management in München sucht , ist bei m Homes richtig. Ich bin froh dass ich mich um nichts mehr kümmern muss . Klare Empfehlung .
