They handled the coordination between the host and the insurance company during my apartment move-out quickly and persistently, and I truly appreciate their support. In particular, Ms. Nausica went beyond coordination and even checked whether my security deposit had actually been refunded by the host. It turned out that it had not, and she followed up with the host on my behalf, which helped resolve the issue much sooner. I am very grateful for her careful and dedicated support.
