The installation of a Velux roof window almost five years ago was quick, dust-free, and to our complete satisfaction. We did experience a minor malfunction, which I, unfortunately a bit annoyed, reported on a Sunday. The response was incredibly professional, and help was offered immediately for Monday. The problem was apparently user error, i.e., me, and was resolved promptly and without any fuss. We are very happy and thank you very much! You can truly trust them.
