Initial Situation: During the installation of our photovoltaic system, it was discovered that the entire roof was damp beneath the tiles, requiring immediate attention. Schön Roofing quickly developed a solution to professionally resolve the problem. Quotation Phase: Following an on-site inspection and a discussion of the current situation and potential solutions, Mr. Bililis promptly and transparently prepared a quote. The detailed review of each item was very thorough and helpful. We particularly appreciated the proactive suggestions for optimizing the quote, which made the entire process even more efficient and cost-effective. Execution: The project was carried out with utmost professionalism and predictability. All employees were very friendly, clean, and meticulous in their work. It is especially noteworthy that both Mr. Bililis and Mr. Vidic were regularly on-site to discuss progress and answer any questions. They also offered optional suggestions for further roof improvements – always without any pressure to implement them. In our case, Lehmann system tiles were also used to facilitate the installation of the PV system by a third-party company. Proactive documentation of the roof damage was also prepared for the insurance adjuster. Invoicing: The invoicing was completely transparent; there were no surprises. The support in contacting the insurance adjuster and the final inspection of the roof after the PV system installation by the third-party company were also very helpful.
