Schön Roofing GmbH

I am very satisfied with Schön Roofing and would like to express my sincere thanks. I would particularly like to emphasize that the company was willing to carry out only a partial roof renovation and didn't immediately push for a complete re-roofing. I found this to be very fair and customer-oriented. The tradespeople worked cleanly and meticulously and listened carefully to my wishes. Communication was also excellent – someone was always available to answer my questions. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. I would gladly use them again!

Schön Roofing GmbH – an absolutely exceptional company! From start to finish, this project was simply outstanding. Even during the initial setup of the construction site, it was clear that true professionals were at work: perfectly organized, clean, structured, and meticulously planned down to the smallest detail. Deadlines were reliably met, and communication was clear and transparent. The team was consistently friendly, competent, and extremely dedicated. Every step was executed precisely and with the utmost care. You immediately notice that they don't just "do a roof," but work with passion, experience, and a commitment to quality. The construction site was always left tidy, questions were patiently answered, and requests were promptly addressed. The project was completed on time – and the result is simply impressive: visually perfect, technically flawless, and of the highest craftsmanship. In short: A roofing company you could only dream of. An unqualified recommendation for anyone who values reliability, quality, and first-class workmanship. If there were more than five stars, they would be more than deserved!

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the roof repair service I received from your company. The technicians were rude and unprofessional..😔

Initial Situation: During the installation of our photovoltaic system, it was discovered that the entire roof was damp beneath the tiles, requiring immediate attention. Schön Roofing quickly developed a solution to professionally resolve the problem. Quotation Phase: Following an on-site inspection and a discussion of the current situation and potential solutions, Mr. Bililis promptly and transparently prepared a quote. The detailed review of each item was very thorough and helpful. We particularly appreciated the proactive suggestions for optimizing the quote, which made the entire process even more efficient and cost-effective. Execution: The project was carried out with utmost professionalism and predictability. All employees were very friendly, clean, and meticulous in their work. It is especially noteworthy that both Mr. Bililis and Mr. Vidic were regularly on-site to discuss progress and answer any questions. They also offered optional suggestions for further roof improvements – always without any pressure to implement them. In our case, Lehmann system tiles were also used to facilitate the installation of the PV system by a third-party company. Proactive documentation of the roof damage was also prepared for the insurance adjuster. Invoicing: The invoicing was completely transparent; there were no surprises. The support in contacting the insurance adjuster and the final inspection of the roof after the PV system installation by the third-party company were also very helpful. Conclusion: Schön Roofing offers high-quality work at a fair price. We highly recommend the company and are very satisfied with the entire process.

Our roof was leaking after 44 years, but that didn't stop several martens from making themselves at home in the insulation and living there like vagrants for years. We hired the Schön roofing company to carry out a marten removal operation and then repair the roof to a high standard, guaranteeing that no martens could get in again. They succeeded completely. Including the replacement of the skylights, a total of 10 working days were scheduled. Two of these were lost due to continuous rain, and two due to illness. Nevertheless, the roof was finished in two weeks. The installers are top-notch, technically perfect, and friendly. Apart from the inevitable noise of a roof construction site, you wouldn't even know they were there. Very clean, precise workmanship. The quote was fair and adhered to down to the last cent. After the roof installation, a photovoltaic system was to be installed. The contractor (whose name I won't mention here) delivered the wrong mounting tiles for the PV substructure, and while attempting to install them, their reckless installers destroyed some of the brand-new tiles. As a result, we immediately banned them from the roof. Schön Roofing assured us they would repair the damage caused by the solar company and professionally install the correct system mounting tiles that had since been delivered. They even let us use Schön Roofing's wholesale purchasing terms for these new tiles. This is anything but standard practice. Thank you so much! We can wholeheartedly recommend Schön Roofing. Don't just hire any cheap contractor who builds a roof for next to nothing, which might look good, but whose quality reflects the low price. It's better to go straight to professionals who charge what they're worth and thus increase the value of your house by more than the investment itself. 5 stars for the Schön roofing company, its bosses and the installation team!
