The sales representatives Ms. Beigel, Mr. Poschmann, and Mr. Thoma deserve special recognition for their highly motivated, competent, resourceful, and remarkably friendly manner. The only weak point was the scheduling by the employee with the royal name, who simply seemed overwhelmed by his responsibilities.

We've had a Blockalarm alarm system for a long time. The installation was very professional, and everything was explained thoroughly by the friendly Blockalarm staff. On Friday, Mr. Ardit Vranovci carried out a maintenance check. We discussed installing a camera to see who was at the door. Mr. Vranovci immediately gave us a quote, and today, Tuesday, he came and installed the device. He also had a great idea for mounting the small monitor. We thank him for the clean and excellent work.
