We did it this summer too: the mega-perfect, near-autonomous PV system from SinaSolar. Using top-of-the-line components from the German market leaders SMA (2x inverters) and SOLARWATT (61x M5.0 pure modules), SinaSolar delivered first-class, meticulously reliable, high-quality, perfectly managed, and masterfully executed work across all trades. From drone-based roof surveying and performance-optimized panel layout planning to expert documentation and proper grounding of the house (grounding rods, equipotential bonding, surge protection), everything was planned and executed flawlessly. From the outset, achieving near-autonomous operation was important to us, and with an estimated 81% energy self-sufficiency, SinaSolar provided the best solution, even with a challenging main roof featuring numerous dormers. After about a month of planning and finally knowing exactly what our system consumes, how much, and when, it might even be sufficient in winter (lower consumption and a 46kW storage system with a 27kWp array and planned winter yields of >20kWh per day). The two ingenious SMA inverters are perfectly sized for the number of modules in the 5 strings. The STP 20X Tripower, with its 3 MPPs and 3 large east/south/west facing arrays, is perfectly utilized. The smaller Sunnyboy inverter uses its 2 MPPs for the two dormer windows and is also operating at its limits. Thanks to the strong east/west orientation, the daily power curve is quite broad, and in August the system already delivers its 5kW from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM. In the end, the entire installation only took 5 working days at the house, and we now have complete emergency power capability and reserves for 2-3 days of consumption. Since day one, we have drawn 0.000kWh from the grid. But the best part: no matter how silly the question, no matter the time of day or night, SinaSolar was available around the clock, patiently explaining everything in layman's terms, whether by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We always received a response or feedback within a maximum of three hours. Even when something went wrong, they always took care of it, handled everything as agreed, and guided us through the German bureaucratic maze. If I were to build a house again... I'd go back to being self-sufficient, with SinaSolar! Thank you for everything!
