Unfortunately, I can only echo the 1-star reviews of this company. Even almost three weeks after submitting my request, I received no response despite a follow-up phone call. Originally, all windows and shutters were supposed to be replaced, but the company doesn't seem interested. At the very least, they should have sent a rejection; customer service is clearly not a priority here.
For personal and situational reasons, we wanted to preventively improve the mechanical security of our home. We came across Pfeil & Söhne through the police's recommended lists of certified specialist companies. It was important to us that the security solutions be discreetly integrated into the window frames – we wanted to avoid visible, additional security features like those found at hardware stores. The managing director, Mr. Eberl, provided us with very competent and objective on-site advice, developed a well-thought-out, solid plan, and then presented us with a fair, transparent cost estimate, which was implemented precisely. The work was carried out cleanly, reliably, punctually, and extremely professionally. The installed hardware appears to be high-quality, durable, and stable. We would also like to particularly emphasize the friendly, sophisticated, and extremely meticulous employees. Upon completion of the work, we received a certification and badge from the "Zuhause sicher e.V." association.
