I rarely write reviews but this is one of those cases where it's worth it. My kitchen was broken and Mr. Vasilis repaired it. I liked his consistency, as well as the fact that he was honest with me that the kitchen might break down again and that if that happens in a short time he would refund me part of the money he charged me. It's rare to get such treatment from technicians. Luckily the kitchen is still working. I hope I didn't spoil it with the comment now 🤣
Professionalism, speed, directness, courtesy and clean work characterize Mr. Vasilis, who repaired my washing machine! I chose Direct Service based on reviews and they did not disappoint me! I highly recommend them!
