Ms. Sofia was informative, very kind, friendly and always willing to answer the questions and concerns I had, until I decided to install a security door in my home from Velias's technique. The crew they sent with Mr. Bala Renos, the technician, was impeccable. Mr. Renos is an experienced technician, informative and most importantly a true professional. I did not appreciate the approach by the business owner Mr. Velias the two times I called him on the phone, once to place the order of the door and once during the installation of the door in the apartment. He was both times in a rush, very impatient, not willing to spend 2 minutes more to explain about his product or listen to his customer. Fortunately, the lady at the shop was very friendly and polite. The actual price of the door was raised a lot compared to the prices in the web site without explaining the cost of the additional features. During the installation, I had to ask several times to add more cement or more insulating foam. I was not impressed at all by the customer approach, the final price and the installation.
Having found this company by chance we drove there in Athens to see for ourselves the various doors that were advertised.....We were very impressed with the quality.5* service upon entering the shop,5* again for the lady who dealt with us & for her helpfulness and again 5* for the guy who came and did the job.We can only recommend this company as being the best for service,efficiency and quality.We were most impressed-thank you once again.Alexandra & Louise
