VELIAS TECHNIKI - Security Doors

I chose the economic package and, unfortunately, what you pay for is what you get. The overall experience was unacceptable. I paid €620 in cash, but the receipt issued was only €130. Furthermore, the business refused to accept payment by card or bank transfer, even though the law for transactions over €500 requires it. In a telephone conversation with the owner, Mr. Elias, he told me that “a mistake was made” and that he would fix it. To date, no action, no response to text messages. Despite the clear instructions in the order with Mr. Elias to pay attention to the measurements, he charged me extra, claiming that they are not standard dimensions. In the end, he sent me a standard door for installation, apparently thinking that I would not notice it. The behavior was unprofessional, the communication problematic and the consistency non-existent. My biggest question is how such a practice has escaped the tax authorities, given that the amounts they collect and what they declare have no connection. I would not recommend the business to anyone.

Excellent cooperation with Mr. Velias' company. Ms. Sofia was informative, very kind, friendly and always willing to answer the questions and concerns I had, until I decided to install a security door in my home from Velias's technique. The crew they sent with Mr. Bala Renos, the technician, was impeccable. Mr. Renos is an experienced technician, informative and most importantly a true professional. He dismantled the old door and installed the security door without any repairs or flaws in the walls, I thank him. I highly recommend cooperation with the technical company of Velias's security door technique. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Best regards, Konstantinidou Vasiliki!!!!

I am very pleased with our cooperation! Mr. Elias is an excellent professional, consistent and knowledgeable about the subject. Excellent choice! Very good quality, construction, fast delivery, affordable prices and excellent communication! The door was installed by Mr. Balas in perfect time, with attention to detail and the result is impeccable. The technicians who do the installations do a great job as does Ms. Sofia who is in the office, she is a very helpful, friendly and unique person! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants security and professionalism

I did not appreciate the approach by the business owner Mr. Velias the two times I called him on the phone, once to place the order of the door and once during the installation of the door in the apartment. He was both times in a rush, very impatient, not willing to spend 2 minutes more to explain about his product or listen to his customer. Fortunately, the lady at the shop was very friendly and polite. The actual price of the door was raised a lot compared to the prices in the web site without explaining the cost of the additional features. During the installation, I had to ask several times to add more cement or more insulating foam. I was not impressed at all by the customer approach, the final price and the installation.

Having found this company by chance we drove there in Athens to see for ourselves the various doors that were advertised.....We were very impressed with the quality.5* service upon entering the shop,5* again for the lady who dealt with us & for her helpfulness and again 5* for the guy who came and did the job.We can only recommend this company as being the best for service, efficiency and quality. We were most impressed-thank you once again.Alexandra & Louise
