Impeccable service. I wanted to buy a folding door for the house but I found an obstacle in details that I didn't know. My girlfriend explained it to me and finally a roller was the ideal solution. It is what it says. I also give 5 stars for the transportation. I highly recommend it. 🤩❤️
I have placed several orders and their behavior has always been professional. However, until now there has never been an issue with the products. The first time I received defective products and I informed them within 2 hours of receipt, where they told me that it was not a problem and within a month it would be clear if they were problematic. In 10 days I informed again about bigger problems with the product's hinges and their response was simply a disclaimer email. It is not possible for the hinges on a 50€/m2 carpet to break in 10 days in a place without shoes. In other words, what would happen if it was entered into a professional space or after 1-2 years of use? Unacceptable behavior at least for a repeat customer
