The reviews are correct, this gym is a sneaky gem in the middle of the city. A little harder to find but once you make it to the fifth floor it’s perfect. They’ve got all the machines and presses you need (leg, chest) and an entire Pilates studio somehow too. The vibe is immaculate. I was admittedly a little skeptical looking online but I promise you, you will get a quality workout. If I had one tiny downside, it’s that the dog wasn’t there when I went and I was looking forward to 3 sets of belly rubs. Incredible bang for your buck.

Yanis (the owner) is really helpful and took the time to give me solid tips on how to optimize my training, even after just a couple of sessions. He also helped me figure out how to train smarter without overspending, which I really appreciated. They also offer drop-in sessions at a fair price, which is great if you don’t want to commit to a full membership right away. Already looking forward to going back — good vibe and staff that actually care about helping you improve.

This is my first ever review for a place, and Core n More totally deserves it. I went there for an open gym session during my visit to Athens. They have different classes you can attend to. The variety of the gym equipment is more than enough for a good session, and Costas & Yanis are very attentive to the members so everyone can have the best use of their time. Their attitude and knowledge makes the experience enjoyable. Special shoutout to the cute and the biggest member of the team, Lucy. She’s definitely the soul of the place, and an absolutely adorable gym shark!
Small studio that requires booking in advance through their website. Cute, has everything I need, costs half the price of the fancy ones. A bit tricky to find as they are on the 5th floor (4th in elevator) and you just need to look for their sign on the street and push the door to get to the stairs.
