A multi-champion in Bodybuilding father and his super qualified son with deep knowledge in sports, run this gym with love to the sport and both care and respect to the members. Totally recommend!

I've been going to this gym for over two years, roughly since moving to Greece. During this time, I've gained a lot of weight and doubled my working weights on all exercises, and here's my review. I'm proud to call this place my local gym. There's a wide variety of machines for every muscle group, and for some muscles, there are different machines with different angles and positions to better target them. There's a large selection of dumbbells—not 30-40 like in other gyms, but 50-60 and a wide selection of intermediate weights. It's hard to hit a ceiling in terms of working weights at this gym. The staff is super polite, and the owner and his son are incredibly nice and always willing to help, regardless of the exercise or whether they have a personal training session—simply because they can. I've brought and invited my friends here and will continue to do so, because other places aren't up to par. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Reception was terrible. The owner was not at the gym and I was able to train only because a gym member knew the owner and called him. I then had to run to an atm to get 10 eur in cash because they dont accept card. Price of the day pass is ok (10€). Equipment-wise, the gym has everything you need and a good variety of machines, some of which you don't find very often elsewhere. The gym has a powerlifting area with nice gearup plates. The bench press is not the best though, as it has a limiter at the back of the bench (to support the spotter) which doesn't allow you to get into a proper position if you like to go behind the bar first. Very basic locker room.

I'm passing through Athens. I'm from Ukraine. According to the reviews, I found this gym. I liked it very much. The dumbbell row is gorgeous, the number of simulators is huge. There is enough space. I also really liked the hospitality. I recommend this hall to both tourists and residents of Athens.

A hidden gem in Athens! This place has everything I was looking for: top-notch equipment, great rock music that actually motivates you, and a super clean and organized space. The best part? Dimitris, the owner and coach of this gym. He’s a pro bodybuilder with 30 years of experience and is as real as it gets. He welcomed me right away, shared tons of tips, and made me feel like I was getting a personal masterclass. Humble, friendly, and knows his stuff—he’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back. Highly recommend it!
