Very friendly and kind person, very professional and consulting

After much trouble with bedbugs, we decided to contact the company bio services and Chrysologis and our experience was truly excellent from the first to the last moment! The Chrysologis who undertook the disinfection was very kind, perfectly trained and took the time he needed to carefully examine the space. He asked us detailed questions about the problem, clearly explained the process that would follow and gave us detailed instructions both before and after the application. Throughout the work, he demonstrated high professionalism, consistency, cleanliness and respect for our space. He did not rush to complete the work, but took the time required to ensure that it was done correctly and thoroughly. In addition, he remained available for communication in the following days, answering our questions and monitoring the progress of the application, which made us feel truly safe. During the return visit, we observed exactly the same professional attitude, consistency and attention to detail. His behavior was exemplary and the service exceeded our expectations. I intentionally waited about a month before writing this review, so that I could have a complete picture of the result. To date, we have not seen a single bedbug and the problem seems to have been completely addressed. However, I should note that we followed his instructions to the letter! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional in dealing with bedbugs. The knowledge, consistency, responsibility and respect he showed are rare characteristics and deserve every praise!! Absolutely satisfied! We have already booked another appointment with them for biological cleaning!
