I chose this company based on its positive reviews and also on my experience with Filipinos, who in my last job have been reliable and hard working people. Unfortunately I cannot understand where those good reviews for "Maid in Athens" come from. Communication with the company has been highly unprofessional and difficult from the start. It took several weeks to receive a response to my initial online inquiry. Multiple phone numbers are listed online, yet all of them are very difficult to reach. Eventually, I managed to schedule two appointments. On both occasions, the work carried out was excellent. The staff sent were polite, efficient, and cleaned my apartment thoroughly and with great care, just like the kind Filipinos I used to work with years ago. I then requested two further appointments already four weeks in advance, as my baby’s baptism was approaching and I needed assistance with cleaning as I was on my own with my baby. Once again, I received no response for weeks. I made several phone calls and when I finally reached somebody I was promised that appointments would be sent shortly, yet days passed without any follow-up. As we already had reached the week before the baptism and guests were about to arrive I had sent another Email. Again I was told to be patient and wait for time slots. The entire organization appeared highly disorganized and chaotic, as even five days before my originally requested date, there still seemed to be no work schedule in place. Keeping a young mother, who is alone with her baby and genuinely in need of help, waiting for such an extended period—and ultimately leaving her without support—is not only unprofessional but also inhumane. If no capacity is available, a company should be honest and proactive in informing the customer, rather than leaving them waiting. This negative review applies exclusively to the organization, scheduling, and back-office communication, and not to the quality of the cleaning services provided. A big pity for the friendly and kind Filipinas/-os who would have deserved 5 stars for their cleaning work and kindness! But definitely not the lady working in the back office.

The maids know their work but are also always at disposal to hear and implement any request which will perfectly improve the image of the property.. One unique company with great service and excellent quality employees that delivers the WOW in your space. They can clean and fix any residential or commercial space they clean fast and effective and in reasonable prices. I hire them just for one use only. Now I have them weekly to my house and they do excellent job. Do not expect the classic cleaning lady that will stay in your place for 7 to 8 hours and slowly slowly to clean your place.... We are talking for a group of people that in very short and efficient time they clean your home / appartment / office / shop . For that reason the moto of the Company is from Dust to Trust!!!
