Really bad experience, and I am not visiting that place ever again. Both of the employees, were completely indifferent and not helpful at all. I saved a few dehumidifiers to check with them in person, and to request some advice. The employee that was "assisting" me, asked me how many sq meter my flat was, and just pointed to one dehumidifier. I thanked them, and took my business 50 meters away, in Public superstore. Bought exactly the same model, cheaper and with home delivery. It's a shame to treat potential customers coldly and without showing any care - especially when there are 2 massive superstores nearby.

After doing a lot of research, I finally chose a dehumidifier (Inventor Brand). Brought it home, unpacked it, and it was damaged. Called the store immediately and the young lady told me it was no problem and that they would replace it. Friendly staff, super knowledgeable and helpful. Professional service. I will be back for sure.
No Greek mobile number? They'll book the delivery and never turn up... Woman behind the counter is answering customer phones and dealing with walk-in customers simultaneously at olympic pace.... They actually think that is an efficient way for customer service to be delivered. Greece is riddled with the worst administrative and bureaucratic practices and this shop is the Gold standard of running around like headless chickens and being rude to customers. p.s. learn to use email. Learn to use Whatsapp/Viber. Not everything has to be done by Greek mobile/landline. step into the 21st century
