Very negative experience . The kitchens they sell are nice but the employees lack completely seriousness , professionalism , efficiency and reliability. Our experience was with the store in Chalandri, with Ms Papadede. Don’t know where to begin from.. Once they received the 50% deposit , everything became a nightmare regarding the evolution and realization of our order.. Starting from delays in the deliveries , inaccuracies in the kitchen plans , asking us to pay in advance the rest 50% without even having delivered anything , wanting to charge us more for the delivery and installation of the kitchen (that was not stated in the contract), delays in the delivery of the ceramic bench and the island , mistakes in the installation so they had to come over again and they ridiculously wanted to charge for that !! very inefficient communication: if we needed information regarding our order the day or days that Ms Papadede had her day off or was in vacation , nobody could help us .. , still we haven’t got the final invoice (it’s more than 6 months that we have paid the 100%.. ) A nightmare . .. we are very happy with our new kitchen but tremendously relieved that this experience is over with these people .
We worked with Biente of Nothern Athens areas so i can only describe my experience with them. They came verbally in June asking for prompt deposit of 15% in order to have the items delivered in middle of September which we did (17th June). Then they came beginning of August saying that order has not yet been placed and they need the other 35% (which frankly speaking is what they have in their offer but i fall in to their verbal assurance). We then called Southern Athens Biente in Alimos 2nd August and asked to continue the project under them, they promissed to call back which they did not. 3rd of August we called again Alimos Biente we provided more details, call operator advised that we will be called back by one of their agent on same day, which never happened. We are forced to find someone who values our money and is trustworthy.
A great experience from the very first consultation all the way to the installation of the kitchen -- high-end selection, innovative materials, thoughtful solutions. I would single out for praise the interior designer handling the project, Maria Papadopoulou, who is as talented as she is resourceful and organised, and really listened to the requirements of the space and its use, before making her suggestions. I feel i have the prettiest kitchen in Athens!
