⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great service and a stress-free experience I’m currently in the process of completing two bathroom renovations and I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received so far. Dionysia and Stella have been extremely helpful, supportive, and genuinely enthusiastic in helping me choose tiles and tapware that suit what I’m looking for. They both have a great understanding of customer needs and have made the whole process much easier by guiding me through the options and helping reduce unnecessary stress. Customer care, communication, and delivery have been excellent overall. The only small negative was that due to extreme weather, some tile packages arrived soaked, which made them difficult to carry into the apartment. This is purely constructive feedback and not a complaint, but it may be something the warehouse could pay closer attention to. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the products and service so far and would definitely recommend the company.

I walked in with a certain plan for my bathroom, and she not only understood my vision but improved it, showing me so many beautiful new options I hadn’t considered. She took her time with me and made the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend her store to anyone looking for quality tiles and exceptional service.
Found them by chance and was super happy with the support, kindness and will to help and adjust to my needs. The store owner spent a lot of her valuable time to show, explain and help me understand what was best for my order.
