Every client and every collaborating office is always looking for someone or something "reliable" in order to properly complete a project. This undoubtedly characterizes the Utopia office. I collaborated with them as a civil engineer on a project that involved the design and implementation of an office building and its surrounding area in Aitoloakarnania. The Utopia office undertook the architectural designs while I undertook the construction. Our communication and the support of the study with the necessary designs from Utopia was continuous at all stages of the project implementation. This is the second time we have collaborated and the result was excellent this time too.

Mr. Tserpelis and his team designed the exterior of our house from scratch and supervised the crews from start to finish. The design of the garden is special and was done based on our needs, and we have enjoyed it every day for many years. I highly recommend them.
