My overall experience with IMS-FC has been fantastic in all aspects and by all parties involved and particularly by Ms. Kelly Georgakopoulou. They have managed to get me a loan with the best terms and very quickly. Their team consists of highly skilled people, always there to listen to you and assist you. Ms. Kelly Georgakopoulou is very professional, who really helped me throughout the whole process of getting the loan, from A to Z. Always polite, explaining in depth, always willing to assist and a problem solver. They have excellent relationships with the banks and can cover their clients’ needs. Fully recommended.
My experience with IMS-FC was truly excellent! The entire team was cooperative, polite, and always willing to help. However, I would especially like to highlight Mr. Andreas Dimisianos, who really made the difference. Our collaboration lasted for more than a year, during the process of securing my mortgage loan, and throughout that time he was always available, detailed, and clear in his explanations. His approach was genuinely human and supportive, which made the entire procedure with the bank much easier and stress-free. I was lucky enough to come across IMS on my internet search 4 years ago . We had bought some land in Greece and needed a loan to build a house . Nikos Balanis has been amazing , and helped us secure a development mortgage , and even a further one to fund the build .We live in the UK and though the process is long , Nikos and his team supported us through every step along the way from the application process , to dealing with lawyers. I would highly recommend their services !

If you are a non Greek citizen, Don't even try to get mortgage from this company. They are not willing to work with Non Greek. They will talk to you for 8 months and in the end will just stop answering calls. It had happened also to some of my friends, Better find some other solution.
