Unpleasant Experience with NEWDEAL real estate agency I recently had an unfortunate experience with newdeal real estate agency and feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others make informed decisions. I recieved an apartment from this agency that was filled with mold. 1. Lack of Communication 2. Unmet Expectations 3. Misleading Information Regrettably, based on my experience with newdeal real estate agency, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to others especially (foreigners). The combination of communication issues, unmet expectations, and misleading information has left me with a level of dissatisfaction that I believe others should be aware of when considering their services.
i went to this property agency, and they instigated me to pay TEN PERCENT house price as "international practice", after almost a year waiting conducting legal checks (as they were super tardy), for the two houses i suppose to buy, ended up one house sold it to another buyer, and the other house has legal issues, despite this but still they refuse me money i paid, when i went there to claim the money back, the ceo boss acted out like "bruce lee" to me, stand in front of me through spitting to my face, they insist that TEN PERCENT for secure house is very legitimate in greece as "international standard" and i was wondering and ask them here "is that applied to every customers they dealt with especially Greek?"
Worst possible experience. Unreliable, extremely long delays, no due diligence regarding the status of the flat. They delivered a flat in total disaster with piles of garbage on the floor. No care, no cooperation with customers. I would never recommend.
