I got reimbursed in no time after someone stole my car. HD insurance is great, easy to deal with friendly people over the phone and since I am satisfied with this insurance, I made sure to have insured my new car with them again!

Hellas Direct: Is Just Doing the Job, no words, not unnecessary talking, no excuses, nice and simple and everything for my satisfaction as customer. (with reasonable price) Some attention is needed, on how is chosen associates. As they could generate delays. (Waited for truck for 2 hours)

Avoid Hellas Direct at all costs. I provided video proof, witnesses, and the police arrived after I called 112, but they still invented a “shared fault” with zero evidence. Almost 6 months of delays, lies about their “investigation,” and no transparency — no report, no measurements, nothing. They just quote random laws to justify paying half the compensation when the other driver clearly entered my lane and hit me. This company does not care about fairness or facts. If you want a real insurance company, stay far away from Hellas Direct.

Everything is fine, until they're needed. Then they hide behind the insurance company of the driver at fault. It's a good thing my policy's expiring next month. I will definitely not renew it.
