Avoid at all costs!<br><br>The Villa itself was amazing, the only issue is that it's a little too far out of town and the beach and access road get very busy at weekends.<br><br>Unfortunately though, the management company are absolute crooks and after having made us pay an extremely high deposit, have refused to return it claiming damage was done to the property during our stay, which was not the case. They have used this to scam us, and from looking at other reviews this seems not to be the first time they have done this.

Excelente ubicación (con cafeterías estupendas cerca), apartamento espacioso, buena cocina (el agua del grifo es potable), cama alta grande y balcón. Hay lavadora. Me encantó que hubiera ascensor. Nuestro vuelo salía tarde y los dueños nos permitieron dejar el equipaje hasta la noche después de la salida. El personal fue muy atento.

Terribile ed improponibile. Accesso all'appartamento attraverso varie porte con la necessità di avere le chiavi (peraltro difettose) anche per uscire !!!! Non oso pensare a come uscire a fronte di una eventuale emergenza (l' unica finestra ha doppie inferiate). Praticamente quasi un carcere. Inoltre abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda per omesse info da parte loro. Veramente vergognoso

We stayed at one of their rentals in Koukaki and the experience was ruined by the makeshift shower.<br><br>Their spin on it was that it was down to personal taste. I suppose it was really - I much prefer things to work properly. There was also a cross trainer just randomly stuck next to the sofa which had no power going in to it. Strange then when responding to my review on AirBnB, they made out that other clients loved it. How? It did not seem to work. Oh, and one coat hanger was enough for two people. Really? We should have asked for more, we were told. How about actually making sure the apartment is fully equipped before clients move in?<br><br>I would stay well clear of this organisation
