Special mention deserves to Ms. Mariletta, who was always kind, prompt and willing to help at every stage of our communication. Equally positive was my cooperation with Mr. Antonis, who handled the issues that arose with seriousness and professionalism. Although a disagreement arose regarding the return of the deposit after the lease ended, I particularly appreciated the fact that the case was carefully examined and dealt with with a spirit of understanding and fairness. The matter was ultimately resolved in a manner that showed respect for the customer and professional responsibility. I would also like to thank the owner of the company, Mr. Patrick, because the final outcome of the case proved that Mobilia operates with a sense of responsibility and a willingness to find fair solutions when disagreements arise.
