I hired E&V for the sale of my mum's flat, about two years ago. Even though the flat itself was in a great location and had many desirable characteristics (parking, private garden, fireplace etc.), the situation was slightly complicated due to issues with the building authority plans and some renovation issues. Tatiana Athanassouli at E&V was assigned to this sale. From the word go, I was impressed by her responsiveness, obvious expertise, diligence, and easy style of interaction. I always felt that she was not rushing the sale, rather she took the time to get the best deal for me. She carefully discussed prospective buyers with me and I was reassured that she had excellent sense of whether they would be serious or perhaps less so. With some early potential buyers, when things got a little tense between my lawyer and the prospective buyer's one, Tatiana was always there to mediate, calm things down, and try to progress a deal constructively. Tatiana also came across as highly collaborative with other E&V sellers and I always felt I was supported by a team, not just an individual. Tatiana did eventually identify an excellent buyer, at a price close to her original estimate -- the delay (two years) in the sale was to the greatest extent due to problems with Greek building authority bureaucracy. I should finally note that, even though my arrangement with E&B was for non-exclusive representation, I ended trusting Tatiana so much, I did not engage other estate agents. Overall, I have absolutely no reservations in recommending E&V and Tatiana most highly. If in the future I have property business in Greece again, I would certainly look no further.

Huge disappointment. Total failure!! I did an online estimate for my house.. I input the address but the system made amistake and registered another area! An agent from the Athens office called me however in minutes to get the sale. I told him the problem .he said "if happens"very casually. (Great website....) Then he offered to do the estimate himself. He asked for the same info although if was all on the form(...,,,,) and more.i complied. Hd committed to giving me same day the estimate and also ask his colleague in my area to call me No one called. No estimate came.Next day he sent a WhatsApp message,that the other,( unnamed) agent would call. I asked about the estimate. He broke his promise.he did not do it. A liar and unprofessional.he said that the other will do it. He never gave me the name and details of his contact who would call, and I am careful about SPAM and in Greece we get many unsolicited calls. Again a failure. No one called. Then I get another email from the Athens office asking ME to repeat what I had put on the Form AND REPEATED Aldi to that first.agent. I REWROTE IT.... I mentioned to that New agent.thdt I am already in contact with a first one, so I I did not need two points of contact. Then hey said tat that first agent had asked them to contact me. Couldn't they say it.? such chaos.anc I I wonder how useless again this was.... Of COURSE Like ALL OF Them They NEVER EXPLAINED NEVER FOLLOWED UP never did the estimate , Never replied!!! Just awful!! Totally ridiculous. 4 days have passed.. that anonymous agent from my area who was supposed to call me NEVER DID!! Never DID ANYONE Else OR THE INITIAL AGENT Or THOSE ON THE EMAIL!! No estimate no reply. Just lies and incompetence. RIDICULOUSLY BAD!! Clueless, unethical, incompetent and unprofessional people. Just a horrible experience, almost like a bad joke I am staying AWAY rom them and I will report it to the HQ in Germany because these people spoil the reputation and image of this global reputable firm. No standards!! Unacceptable. I WILL Never USE THIS COMPANY
