I have been in communication since last February to buy a property which was listed in their website. After seeing the property, which by the way was in terrible condition and falling apart, I talked with the agent to negotiate a lower price, which she verbally told me that she would manage and call me the next day with the revised offer. The days passed and she never called me back so I had to chase her. After multiple calls she finally picked up the phone and told me that not only the price would not be lowered, but it would be increased instead. After that she disappeared and never answered any of my calls. Almost a year has passed by and the listing is still active, but when I ask them for any updates they all disappear and never get back to me. Very unprofessional and totally unacceptable service, where the agents do not understand the needs of the client and on top of that, you are the one who has to chase them for everything since they appear to not have any idea at all. Still waiting for an update.

I stayed in the "penthouse" apartment in this building last Easter as a group of 6 for one night. The building is on an extremely busy street above a car hire depot with many people coming and going, the communal areas of the building are poorly kept and not within keeping of the price of the apartment per night. The building managers confused our booking for 6 people as a party and have claimed we left trash in the apartment, which is untrue and given our one night stay a bit of a stretch of the imagination. If you want to protect your airbnb status I would avoid using this company and their apartments.

Rental Property Vouliagmeni - Golden Home Real Estate - Poor Property Management Team Review Title: Misleading Listing – Tired Apartment, Poor Maintenance, Great View This apartment was a real disappointment. While the view and location were excellent, everything else left much to be desired. The unit is far from luxurious – it’s tired, musty, and in desperate need of basic maintenance. • The renovations are over 10 years old and it shows. • The kitchen is very small, has two steps that are not disabled-friendly, and I hit my head multiple times entering/exiting due to poor design. • The rooms smelled damp and musty, likely due to poor ventilation and an uncleaned air conditioning system, which circulated a stale, possibly toxic smell. • Air conditioning grills were noisy, filthy, and clearly neglected. • Several light bulbs were faulty or flickering, including those outside the main living room and upstairs bathroom (which had no working light at all). • The apartment complex is not disabled-friendly — many stairs, no ramps, and an outdated lift that doesn’t meet accessibility standards. • Internal stairs are steep and narrow, making upstairs access difficult. • Towel rack in the downstairs toilet was off the wall, and there were no towels provided for that bathroom. • Peeling paint around the mirror trim in the upstairs bathroom. • Mixer tap upstairs is loose and poorly maintained. • Lighting in the apartment is inconsistent — a mix of warm and cool globes that feels uncoordinated and jarring. • Faulty light switches and poor lighting along the Level 3 pathway to the apartment. A cable hanging in the walkway presents a serious safety hazard, especially at night. • Street parking is difficult, with a sloping road and uneven footpath making access harder, particularly for those with mobility issues. The overall impression was of an apartment that’s been neglected. Golden Home Real Estate, the property managers, clearly fail to inspect or maintain the property properly, and the landlord appears unwilling to invest in even basic upkeep. Final Verdict: Definitely not luxury. Overpriced for the condition. Would never stay again.

Possibly the most bizarre and worst experience I’ve had with an estate agent in my life. I have lived and worked overseas in many different countries Singapore, Scotland, France, Spain the Netherlands. I have never in my life had a situation whereby a property agent requested me to sign a contract after I have viewed a property and rejected it . And then wants to retain my passport and get me to sign this contract assigning him rights as my “legal representative “under duress. That is to say he would not return my passport, which is the property of my government and not his until I signed the contract -so what did I do? I called the police. This scenario could’ve gone so badly wrong. I urge people not to trust them , not to do business with them because if this is the way they do business, it is extremely questionable.
