***READ BEFOR BUYING / SELLING PROPERTY*** Unfortunately, my experience with HOMLI was extremely disappointing. After purchasing a property through the agency, we received the apartment in a materially different condition from the one presented during the viewings and inspections. Upon handover, we discovered broken windows and a balcony door left open. What was most concerning was not only the condition itself, but the complete lack of professional accountability afterward. Despite the agency having controlled access to the property prior to delivery, our concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed. Instead of investigating the issue constructively, the response we received focused immediately on demanding payment of the brokerage commission and threatening legal action. During a phone conversation, we were even told that the apartment “needs renovation,” which is not an appropriate response when damage appears before handover and legitimate concerns are raised by a buyer. In the end, we proceeded with payment simply to avoid unnecessary legal escalation and stress, not because the matter was handled professionally or satisfactorily. I strongly recommend future buyers and sellers: * carefully documenting the condition of the property before signing, * taking detailed photos/videos before handover, * and ensuring all communications are kept in writing. Transparency, professionalism, and responsibility should not end once the contract is signed.

Extremely disappointing experience with this agency. I contacted them about an apartment and was repeatedly promised a call to arrange a visit — which never happened. Weeks went by, I had to follow up multiple times, and in the end the listing disappeared without a single update. Completely unprofessional and shows zero respect for potential buyers’ time.

I did the online estimation in 2024 for one property, and then told in the contact form that i have three in total. I waited for 4 weeks to get a call and never did. I reached out to them via all social media telling them this is unacceptable. They reached out booked a meeting never came. I told them off as I should. I did the form for now nearly a year later for one of my smaller properties. I sent them an outreach telling them im not signing an exclusivitiy agreement based on their behavior and since they have interested buyers they should proceed and theyll get the cut. She kept asking repeatedly for the bigger property. Told her no, deal with the small one. Told her i cant be reached at work, she proceeds to tell me to call her tomorrow morning. I call her tomorrow morning at 9 twice she says 10 am I told her its absurd that you dont want to be inconvenienced outside your working hours but you want to inconvenience me outside my own. I told her this is the deal on my side. Instead of giving a direct answer or accepting their mistake, or apologizing she ended up calling my mother and verbally abusing her because i bullied them and denied to work based on their criteria if they dont do something about the small one. Worst company to deal with i would not recommend them they are highly unprofessional
