I had advertised my property for rental in one of the well-known advertisement websites. I was contacted by a very polite real estate agent, Vicky Nikolaou, who asked me very kindly if I wanted Keller Williams Solutions Group to represent me and find me a suitable tenant. I gladly accepted, persuaded by her approach that the she would do a good job and I was not wrong. She was professional, very polite, congenial and well-versed in her field. I was very pleased when she quickly found a suitable tenant and the apartment was rented at once. I highly recommend Ms. Nikolaou as the most efficient and pleasant real estate agent anybody can find.

Very good service in finding me a tenant for my apartment. Ms Αριάνα Χαϊντάρι has been really helpful filtering potential candidates to achieve the best possible outcome.

No respect for clients or their time. On Monday, I called and asked to see an apartment. The agent seemed hesitant to show it to me, but eventually we agreed on Saturday around noon and she promised to follow up with the exact time. She didn't call until Thursday night, and begrudgingly gave me a time of 11:00, promising to send me the address the next day. Nothing arrived. On Saturday at 9:45 I called her for the address. She asked if I wanted to come at 10:15 instead (less than half an hour from the time of the call, and I live an hour away). The funny thing is she acted like their time is so precious and was I sure I really want to see it and did I have the money etc, quizzing me like no agent ever has before and acting like she was doing me a huge favor showing it to me... then wasted my entire Saturday morning.

I put my property for rent on Spitogatos and their agent called me said he had customers who saw my ad and want to come see the house immediately. When he came, he was alone and says he needs to review the property before he shows it to his customers. However he then starts telling me if I want to sell it and explain their Home renovation service. He promised to have an evaluation of the property value in a short time. Next day, he calls me and says Keller Williams cannot sell my property because the back house is renovated, but the front house is not. In order for Keller Williams to sell my property I would have to hire their home renovation company to do the full renovation and then they will take the contract to sell the property. Of course I spoke to the supervisor and of course it is a lie. So their agent lied about having customers to get his foot in the door, neglected discussing Rental and started trying to sell me their home renovation service, and then lied that Keller Williams cannot sell my property because it is partially renovated, and I would need to hire them to do the renovation for them to sell my property. But the worst thing is the manager that called me spent 16 minutes on the phone trying to justify this fraudulent agents comments yet she did not spend 10 seconds trying to rectify the problem or trying to do any customer service to fix it. I will be escalating this, and I will be filing a claim with the government authorities. My question to Keller William managers, is this the image you want these people to promote? Update my response to owner's response: Dear Keller Williams Team, Thank you for your response. I appreciate you taking a moment to explain the current approach regarding property visits during this high‑demand period. However, I remain deeply concerned about the overall handling of my inquiry. During the visit, my intention was solely to discuss the rental opportunity for my property. Instead, I encountered a sudden shift toward promoting home renovation services and was subsequently informed—incorrectly—that my property could not be sold without full renovation. This experience, combined with the lengthy justification rather than a resolution of the issue, has seriously affected my trust in your service. I firmly believe that transparency and accurate information are cornerstones of customer service. Especially in the property sector where inconsistencies can be very costly. I trust that Keller Williams will take these concerns seriously and use them as an opportunity to refine your internal protocols and agent training to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you again for your time.
