Christos was recommended by family friends for the sale of an old family property in the north of Athens. It was quite a niche property, with unique location and buildout potential, and yet he persevered and found a buyer much closer to asking price than we had seen before. I have rented several places during my years in Greece (both business and residential properties). It is very hard to find any decent real estate agency in Greece but Mr Vergos and his agency are a rare exception (the only exception in my experience).
