I dealt with George Oreopoulos, Sales Manager. He was clear and thorough in explaining what the project would entail, the time-frame, and the costs involved. George and his team were readily available during the entire project and communication was flawless. The execution of the project, part of which involved the installation of piping going from the balcony to each heating body in the apartment was planned with great imagination as how to have the piping exposed to the minimum possible extent. The results are stunning. I also credit George's construction colleagues with a fast and clean installation. All contacts with the natural gas company were handled by George who kept a strict eye on all aspects of the project.
