Just today, the tidying up of my apartment was completed by Mr. Fountas and his staff!! Our cooperation, throughout the entire process, was excellent! The process started immediately and at the agreed time, the guidance for issuing various documents was impeccable, detailed and explanatory for my understanding of each step that was being carried out! The process was completed at the agreed time! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Mr. Fountas and his colleague made our cooperation easy with consistency and good mood at every step. They were polite, attentive and very correct in their communication. I was completely satisfied and I will be happy to cooperate again in the future.

We recently repaired the facades of our apartment building. Choosing Mr. Fountas to coordinate the entire project proved to be one of the most decisive factors for the perfect result we had. The teams that collaborated were all impeccable, providing a great foundation for communication and offering us the most appropriate solutions in each case. The best of all was that Mr. Fountas himself, as an engineer, was constantly at our disposal, ready to answer all our questions and explain to each owner, even the most "difficult" ones (which all apartment buildings have) every problem that arose and the solution he proposed with analysis, professionalism and seriousness. I am attaching two photos, one of the before and one of the after of our apartment building so that all of you can see the excellent result. I feel quite lucky that Mr. Fountas and his crew took on this important project for all of us, the owners!
