I wanted to return a Philips ironing system, in which after (7) months of use the handle broke through no fault of my own. Mr. George did not receive it, implying that "I caused the damage". Although I was offended, I insisted that he send it to the headquarters of KOTSOVOLOS S.A. since I was sure that they would have accepted cases with the same problem in this particular model since it was purely a manufacturing defect. Annoyed and with obvious rudeness, he "referred" me to the store of purchase, which I eventually did. IT IS UNDERSTAND THAT TODAY I RECEIVED THE IRONING SYSTEM REPAIRED, without any charge. P.S. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this behavior from an elderly and experienced professional, surpassed any moral dilemma for my negative evaluation, hoping that no one else will be treated similarly.

Rude!!! He took out his anger on me. He stopped listening to what I was saying and just kept saying his own thing, making nervous movements and going off into the distance. Never again!

I have been buying Philips irons for the last many years because of the service they have in Heraklion. I think that says it all!! This man is simply the definition of a professional.

I have no words. Service, courtesy and professionalism. I called to ask about a spare part, they told me that there was one and I said ok, I'll come by and we closed. I go after twenty days and when I mentioned the problem, I found out that they have kept the spare part with my phone, without us having agreed on anything like that. Of course, the damage was repaired in record time. It is truly highly recommended.

A true professional, who inspires trust and reliability. He treats the client with courtesy and honesty, while providing information and answering questions with enthusiasm. I highly recommend him.
