I had called the company to move and repair my dishwasher. In the process, the movers caused damage to the kitchen cabinets (scratches) and the dishwasher returned broken and damaged, although it works. They said they would fix the damage, but it has been over a month with no meaningful update — only excuses about “unregistered orders” according to the call center employee. Unfortunately, very poor service experience after the repair and lack of consistency and professionalism. I hope the company takes this issue seriously.

I know the owner. He is good. He fix the dishwasher I gave.
Bad parking. Narrow place to unload devices. All people were taking to the telephone, got no attention, only after 10 minutes I had to circle around the block with the car.
