It has already been 1 year since my company installed the filter and we can finally drink clean water without odors and strange tastes like the water in the network in my area (Agios Nikolaos). I have tried several solutions but WATER PURITY is ultimately the ideal solution to the issue of drinking water, even though the choice was made completely by chance (I saw the sign while driving and stopped). After about 2 months from the installation, the conductivity of the network changed, affecting the water in the filter, the next day after reporting to the company secretary, the technician had already come and adjusted it. They are by far the most organized and consistent professionals I have worked with, with impeccable service and completely honest in presenting the product before the purchase. Today the technician came again for the established annual filter change, after being informed by the company's secretariat (I had completely forgotten about it) the attentive girl informed me and we arranged the appointment together. As for the water, acquaintances and friends who have tried it find it wholesome and crystal clear. I hope they maintain the high quality of the services they offer over time. I don't change it at all....except of course the filters every year...:)))
I think 6 years ago when I needed them they were impeccable professionals. Unfortunately I can't express myself in the same way lately... They have good prices but the level of service has dropped. A month ago the faucet on the counter started to run. Ok. These things happen, you'll tell me... But last year it was running and I changed it the year before... In reference to the employee of the problem I heard that in short they don't have a similar problem with the faucets and he can't do anything because it's probably something to do with the way we use it... Ok. Apparently we have psychological problems in the family and we break out at the faucet. It should be noted that in the previous company that I used for 8 years I never had a problem with the faucet. I simply changed it then because it had increased its prices a lot. And Ok, 1st year it happens, 2nd year coincidence but third year in a row...??? They changed my filters 2 more times and then the machine dripped, causing me problems until they came back and tightened them, but I didn't pay attention even though I had to make another appointment, rearrange my work and suffer a lot. But this time I got out of my clothes. Unfortunately, seeing the latest comments from other users, I realized.... Too bad Response to the owner's response: Thanks for your response, but I won't agree with what you write, it's not necessary anyway. You did me a favor because I found the right professionals and changed the filters for less money. To warn you about their quality, they are American, I was given a detailed presentation and I confirmed it with an online search. Regarding the faucet, they installed a quality one with spare parts and a 2-year warranty. They also used a pressure washer to empty the tank of air that had gotten in, which you never did. The installation was flawless and for the first time in years, a technician didn't have to come back for a leak. So I'm indebted to you. As for your own improvement that you mention, I think you should try harder because out of the 22 reviews in the last year, 10 are with 1 star and complaints and 2 more with 2 stars. Again, thank you for confirming to me once again that every obstacle is for the better.

Professionalism is an unknown word for this company. Communication with them is always problematic. While I have received the water system from the company and have changed the filters, they still do not know that I am their customer. After a phone call that I made to them and informed them that the water has changed taste and I want a technician to come to check the quality of the water, they said that they would call me back. They did not call me. When I called again a day later, they did not know when the filters should be changed, nor did I ask for a technician to come. In the end, they told me that I should have known the date of the filter change and due to the workload, a technician will come after a week. In general, I think they are very behind in their organization. Someone tell them that Clean Monday has passed and the kite they are flying should be packed up.
NO PROFESSIONALISM I bought a drinking water filter machine on 21/6/2022, which in a few days had a bad taste and smell (inedible). After contacting them and while I described the problem to them, they sent an employee not suitable for the issue. After contacting them again, they sent a "specialist", who changed the boiler (the next day). The water after three days had the same problems!! They sent a non-specialist employee, who received instructions from the specialist by phone!! He changed two filters, the water quality improved for one day and then the same…. The conclusion, after a month and a half of suffering and avoiding communication with me, I changed company and I have no problem…. P.S.: The specialist and the owner's diagnosis for this whole problem was "HOT"!!!! So filter water only in winter………
